Zhenghe/Zhenghe CNC water and steam boiler features a beautiful appearance and compact structure, breaking away from traditional boiler structures and combustion methods. It adopts a multi-pass flue tube circulating combustion technology with back-firing, which enables high thermal efficiency and rapid temperature rise during operation. The central temperature can reach as high as 1500°C, while the exhaust gas temperature can be reduced to around 120°C, resulting in thermal efficiency of over 85% and minimizing heat loss. The smoke, dust, and carbon black generated during coal combustion are fully burned as fuel under high temperatures eliminating the risk of high chimneys required by coal-fired boilers. Furthermore, it saves 40-50% more fuel than traditional boilers. After about10 minutes of operation, no black smoke is visible from the chimney outlet, and high-sulfur coal can achieve the same effect. The main boiler unit utilizes microcomputer CNC variable frequency system for fully automatic constant-temperature combustion, allowing continuous combustion for several hours with a single coal loading.
